Execution of the Loading

• Please drive to the agreed loading place.
• Prepare the vehicle for loading and support the procedure if necessary.
  Before loading, plaese check the shipment  and packages for completeness, correctness and intactness by means of the assignment and Freight Documents.
• Generally, the loading will be executed by the consignor. Assist the unloading only upon request.
  
  A manual loading by the driver or similar activities must be agrred by Freight Documents and need to be documented on the freight papers.
• Important: Check the  conformance of the loading with your assignment.
  Führen Sie hauptverantwortlich die finale Prüfung der geladenen Sendung im Zusammenhang mit der Beauftragung und den Sendungspapieren durch. Klären Sie Abweichungen direkt vor Ort, spätestens jedoch vor Abfahrt telefonisch mit inTime.
• Drücken Sie Erledigt Laden, nach Übernahme der Sendung und durchgeführter Ladungssicherung.
  Erledigt Laden bedeutet hierbei, dass Sie die Sendung und Sendungspapiere vollständig, korrekt und unversehrt übernommen haben, sowie die Ladungssicherung gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben vorgenommen haben. Beachten Sie, dass Sie für fehlende / fehlerhafter Meldungen die Verantwortung tragen.
